Im what is known as a Sous chef I am also a Speciality chef, 10 years experience in the hospitality industry I have mastered Cuisine such as Chinese, Italian, French, Mediterranean, German and our fine Caribbean dishes are like native to me I’m well rounded in the kitchen i understand proper storage methods, cross contamination and proper arrangement of my station, efficiency, speed and time management. I’m enthused about my work and love being in the kitchen that’s my creative space where all my magic happens and love goes in every dish that is prepared by myself or anyone that works alongside me.. I have a level 4 NVQJ Heart Certificate, thats a Junior Sous Chef, Specialty Chef / kitchen Supervisor .

I had the passion from watching my grandmother cook on sundays, first the questions came (why you taste your fingers that you had rubbing up the raw chicken mom) then, the let me taste was followed , and seeing the finish product always amazes me and my grandmother was also the Executive Chef for Alpha Securty Group. My mother though saw my skills and enrolled me in Heart Vocational Training Center and from there it was hands on fire and spatula.

I have worked with all type of persons; diplomat's, government officials, Artist, comedians, Tourist, the little man, middle man also Birthday parties (kids parties), weddings, Anniversaries etc.

Cooking for Beres Hammand family and friends of the Music at his birthday Celebration at Draxhall Estate Ocho Rios. From 10:00 am to 12midnight (14 hour). It was amazing execution of meals was fashioned timely and was well digested. Everyone enjoyed the meals.

Dont watch price , quality is whats demanded taste texture and appearance. Pay for quality and quantity not trouble.
