I am passionate about the field, i love making my clients happy. I do a little baking but i love doing dishes that will challenge me. I’ve been in the industry for over 5 years.
I can’t remember exactly when I started baking, but by age 6 my famous ’rock cake’ (emphasis on the rock) was a knock out. Then the days of the ’volcano’ cakes when the cake would peak like a volcano then crash to form a crater. Still was not daunted. Can look back laughing now!
Fast forward to baking college, copping the prizes, exhibiting in international shows in New York, and London .My experience spans over forty years and yet, every cake makes me excited when I anticipate the sheer joy the bride and her guests have when eating the cakes.

We didn’t grown as mom told us whatever they asked us to do we should do it. Those elderly persons loved us and even when mom.didn’t send us we would go visiting them, they always have baked goodies to give us which we enjoyed and picking fruits from their trees
I am a people person and always enjoy traveling, wanting to experience other cultures and have a travel business of my own, I struggled with it as persons who I had partnered with went behind my back and tried to take away the business from me, there are other unpleasant stories but I am determined to make it a success so I’m happy for my travel partners who have taken my business name as their travel partners and are so helpful and I get a lot of training and the latest travel updates from them
