On October 18 -Shaundee called and arranged to check on my refrigerator that was releasing water to the bottom of fridge. He arrived on time with Blake and serviced the refrigerator at a cost of JMD$9,000, I also needed to replace the gasket on the bottom door. Shaundee said it would cost $13,000 so he left to get the gasket and said I should pay Blake $5,000 until he returned. He returned to say that it was the wrong size and he had ordered the correct one, as soon as it was ready he would let me know. In the meantime Blake worked on the washing machine. Shaundee checked it and the cost was J$7,000; I paid a total of $16,000 for work that appeared to have been well done.. I did not get a receipt. No problem there. October 21, a holiday - I called Shaundee to report that the water was still running down into into the fridge.. He came alone on the 22nd as promised, I was impressed. He checked and said that it was the thermostat that was the problem and it needed to be replaced. .. the part was for $2000 and I would have to pay for that. When he finished the job, he said that he would come on Thursday the 24th to replace the gasket but since he had just purchased his car he did not have the funds to pay for the gasket so if I could pay for it and he would definitely come on Thursday. I told him I could only give him the $13,000 not the $2,000 at that time, and I told him I needed a receipt for the funds already paid and the $13,000. He said Blake would give it to me. Since that time, I have not seen Shaundee. He responded once to say he would call, he never did. He continues to declined and ignore my calls and whatsapp messages. I will send you a transcript of the messages I sent to him. I was impressed, but dishonesty in business is criminal and I am totally turned off; Shaundee presents himself in a fine way but I believe that he is a Scammer the moment he began to make false promises, ignore my calls, give me no update and has not refunded my money.
